Dana M. Heyde

Dana Heyde earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Legal Studies from Chapman University in 2002. Ms. Heyde was a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the National English Honor Society, and Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society. Ms. Heyde was also the founder and president of The Law Society, which provided free LSAT review courses to students.

After graduating from Chapman University, Ms. Heyde attended Whittier Law School, graduating in 2005. Ms. Heyde distinguished herself academically, serving as a member of the Whittier Law Review, and publishing case note, Thomas v. Roberts: Another Photo Finish Where School Officials Win the Race for Qualified Immunity, 26 Whittier L. Review 621 (2005). Ms. Heyde was also a member of Moot Court, and was a Representative in the student government. While at Whittier, Ms. Heyde earned a CALI award, a place on the Dean’s List, and a merit scholarship.

Since graduating from Whittier Law School, Ms. Heyde has gained considerable experience in civil litigation. Ms. Heyde is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as in the United States District Court, Central District of California.
